Plastics are Around $400 for the complete set. I'll post later when I have more time for the mods. We just finished this a few weeks ago for the 06 season. It looked alot like the practice bike before we did the winter rebuild.

I bought the nerf bars from Wheelerparts.com. They were the only ones I could find with propegs and even came with the kicker plate too. I got them powder coated along with the bumper and grab bar. The front end is a +2 Houser long travel with Custom TCS shocks made specifically for this set up. There's no shock relocator bracket or anything. The rear shock is an 01 Raptor sent to TCS to be dual rated. There's really nothing stock on this bike. One thing that worked really well on this bike is the front brake resorvoir and lines are off a 450R. This thing stops on a dime and I would highly recomend it if your looking to improve your brakes. The motor was built by Dee Manshack of Rage Racing. If the name sounds familar it's because he's John Natalie engine builder and mechanic. Won't get into anything specifics but i can tell you eveyone tells me it sound like a TRX 450 coming down the holeshot. The graphics and seat cover are H bomb that were made for a 400 but we trimmed them to fit. My sons 12 years old and weighs around 110 so this bikes wears him out pretty good by the fourth lap any suggestions on a steering stabilizer to reduce the arm pump?
