need help with lights

hey iam in the process of putting some fog lights on my fourwheeler, it had a quad tech hood so the stock lights had to go but iam using the oringal stock light wiring. This is the part that i need help with. There are three wires one white one green and one blue. Iam asuming that the green is the ground. Whats the blue and the white? one must be for a high or low beam. My fog lights only have two wires a power and a ground. Which do i hook up power on my fog lights and the ground also. And what do i do with the left over wire.

another thing that i forgot to mention was that iam using two 55 watt fog lights and i know that the stock lights are only 30 watts each. well this cause a problem or well it just make the fog lights dimmer than they should be. Another thing do fog light last for a long time on a fourwheeler with all of the bouncing and shaking. is it just worth buying the trail tech lights instead that mount to the frame.
