these are oem honda parts....just cheaper than what honda would charge you...

Yep, bolts for the engine aren't likely to be in any bolt kit. At least I've never seen a bolt kit that has that sort of hardware.

Oh, and ServiceHonda is much cheaper than Motosport or anywhere else.
