wondering???

am putting a JE 10:8:1 87mm (416) piston and a stage 2 cam in my 400ex. have a power bomb header and stock muffler with power tip, K&N, airbox lid vented....not expecting any big change...wondering if anyone has an idea of power gains....seat of the pants or hp numbers???

It will be a noticable improvement. Taking a guess, I might say that if your stock quad made 26 hp then your current setup might make around 30 or maybe a little more with spot-on jetting. Just a guess.

i dont know how much HP u will get but u should get a full exhaust to get the full power out of ur 416

I was thinking the same thing. You have a header, but the pipe is what really makes the difference.:chinese:

I'm using a power tip instead of a full pipe...all the aftermarket pipes are rediculously loud....I had to go up 2 jet sizes on the main when I installed it so it must be flowing pretty well

well i dont know bout anything else but my white bros E series is funtcional where you can make it super loud or preety quiet
