Does anyone have the troble of getting flat tires with their beadlock wheels.

every tire on my quad goes flat after 1-3 days. The 2 rear tires are BRAND new mounted on used but not damaged douglas beadlock wheels.

It is just kind of a pain having to get out the air pump every time I go to drive it.

I dont want to use tire slime or fix-a-flat, or any other tire sealer because that stuff makes future tire changes not so fun.

I have that exact same problem. If I get a leaker on my beadlocks (which is most of them), I end up running a very small bead of clear silicone around where the tire sits against the rim. Fixes it every time.

ive never had a problem with my hipers leaking, i did in one case have a clip for the mud plug a little crooked and it caused air to exit the tire, but once i fixed it, never happened again :macho

Yeah, I dont run Hipers, I run Douglas Shamrock Beadlocks and they can get really finnicky if you dont torque the rings in the exact stages in the exact order necessary. Also, if you do it when theyre cold, they will never seat.
