250R Shocks vs. 400EX Shocks

I have been told that 250R front stock shocks are stronger than 400ex front stock shocks. Is that true????

Yes its true. But most stock 250r shocks are old and worn out.

EX shocks are valved a little firmer then R shocks because the bike weighs a little more. I like the ex stock suspention better then whats on the R.
