I'm trying to install autoCAD on my computer and i'm running into a few problems. This isn't a burned copy or anything. I need to get this installed so I can start working on some drawings . I work out of my house for a company based in pittsburgh. So here is my problem. Everything installs fine, and when I go to start autoCAD2002, and enter the authorization code, the boxes and words aren't there. As you can see in the picture below... If anyone can help me with this, it would be great!! I installed it on another computer in my house, and it worked fine, so it has something to do with a setting on my computer. I dont want to work on the other computer because it's in the basement..... If anyone has any ideas, that would be great, thanks,

Adam

Make sure you installed the .Net Framework. Here is a link (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=262d25e3-f589-4842-8157-034d1e7cf3a3&displaylang=en)

This is required for the program to run correctly. If you already have it installed, you may want to reinstall with a newer version.

Also, you may check for updates to the software. This is usually accessible in the help menu.

That wasn't the problem, and I fixed it. My security settings for my intranet and all that stuff were set 2 high. I had to turn them down to low-medium. And you have to hit the reset button after u click custom and select low-medium........ I fixed it!!!!!! wooo hooo!!!!!!!!!!! :D
