This is what has happened to my bike in the last couple months. I relocated the battery up front under the hood. Got a pair of Elka Comp. adj. shocks. Sent my rear to C@D Racing and had it dual rated w/ zps. I also got new aarms from HSD Strong Arm. And This is how she sits now. I just need to clean her up alittle bit, I'll get some good pics of when she's clean.

i would love to relocate the battery up front. what is needed to hold the battery or did you use the stock battery box. i can do everything else.

i think you should take a cutoff wheel to all the mounting brakets that are left behind.

Yeah, I'm getting a pipe sometime.......

On the battery, I made a box out of aluminum. And I'm planning on grinding all the mounting tabs off soon. Here's a pic of the battery up front.

I moved my battery up front too:p I made a box out of diamond plating... looks pretty much like yours. Did you have to lengthend any wires? I lengthend some and then shortend alot of the others, just so I wouldn't have so much tucked somewhere.

I moved it up there for cosmetic reasons. I really couldn't tell a difference in weight distribution. I did have to lengthen the starter wire, but that's simple. And cut down all the rest.
