Compression on stock EX?

What is the compression ratio on a stock 400ex 2000model? im gettin a 10.1 416 wiseco kit put in at a local shop. just wondering how much better it will run? And how much getting a after market pipe will open it up? trying to watch my money

i want to say 9.1:1, maybe 9.3:1.

yes an exhaust will open it up good. i personally would make sure the engine breathes good before internal mods.
