is it worth spending $435 for a FMF Titanium 4, Mid pipe, and Power Bomb Head Pipe Complete System vs. $400 for the yoshi rs3 complete system (stainless steel)

I have the Yosh full system, and I think it is one of the top exhaust systems out there. Great power gains, great sound, looks good and the price was right. This is just my opinion there are alot of systems on the market.

i think the powerbomb "expansion chamber" is crap unless someone here can explain how it works

Yosh stay with a full system. I dont think fmf is a real full system im pretty shure that the ti 4 will slip on to a stock header.

no, the fmf full system includes header, midpipe, and slip on for $430- all titanium. It is 4.2 lbs vs. the yoshi rs3 comp series full system - stainless steel, which is $360. but it is 7 lbs. Will it make that much of a difference? and is does it sound better than the yoshi?

i think the yoshi sounds better. u wont notice the weight difference just that its alot lighter than the stock exhaust

Well i have had a yoshi slip on and a power bomb header. i loved the sound of the yoshi, but i hated the power bomb. It cracked where the two parts connect. but the yoshi help up great and it had a great sound and great power.

If your going to spend that much money you should check out HMF and LRD. Both of there systems are $399 and imo are higher quality then the yoshi comp series.

I completely disagree. The Yoshi is a GREAT exhaust. I have ran LRD before on my R, but can honestly say that the Yoshi is as good or better. Sounds better too....

The Powerbomb physically is a bulge in the header toward the rear of the pipe. The bulge is basically a pre-muffler which deadens the brute sound of today's four-strokes. The gases cool, expand, then contract once entering the chamber. This process actually speeds up the flow creating more power.

actually yoshi states its system weighs 4.6 pounds and I believe they are almost the same as far as decibels. As far as sound better, well thats up to your ears. I personally have never had a problem w/ any yosh I have ever heard.
