450r plastics on a 400ex

yeah i have a set here in my basement evin with the gas tank i got them from a buddy hes gonna let me see if they will fi then i might buy them off of him for like 150 cdn

wow! those are awesome! what does it take to get 450r rear fenders to fit on a 400ex? is it just making new bracket holes?

the rears just u have to make your own way to bolt it on but the seat fits int he grouves and fits food with the frame front plastics fit good the gastank i need to work on alittle but its cumming along good thisis what i have so far

the powdercoating was 100$ with the a-arms awinger frame subframe and sandblasting btu that was my dads friend so he did for a good price here another pic its almost done im hoping to ride this weekdn i get my house balljoints tomrow so it will be finnished

i like the 450 rear fender, and the 400 front fender. if a 450 fender set would go on with little mods, i would do it.

why not just get the new 450r style fenders that the 2005-6 400ex has?

i think maier sells the new 450r style 400exs too

keeps the 450r look, without the ugly exposed tank

the rear fenders i made little holes and tap n die d but the seat latch wouldent fit cuz the fender was to far back so its zip tied iv raced with it ziptied and it hold on very good but u need the gas tank front fenders and rear to make them work and those tires are for when it rains and i race haha
