Go-Cart tires?

We purchased a Manco Dominator 5.0 hp go-cart for our kids last year. The tires desperately need replaced, but I'm having a TERRIBLE time finding a place around here that sells them. I've looked on ebay and found some with the same numbers as the tire (145/70-6), but the cc's is wrong. Our go-cart is 126cc's. The tires are all for 50cc carts.

The tires we currently have say: Carlisle 145/70-6

Does ANYONE know where we can purchase new tires for this particular go-cart online?
