Air Flow With EHS Lid

I've been running an open system and just bought an EHS Racing Lid. My snorkel hole is sealed shut. Will I need to open her up and put a snorkel on, or will it get enough air through the EHS lid?

i had that now i have the k&n lid u can take the snorkel off and put somthing round in the hole to seal it u will get plenty of air

Nice, I've got an end piece of PVC pipe in there.

BTW, I've got a vibration noise when I hit top end. It rattles and basically sounds like a loose heat shield--but that's not it. Any ideas?

Could be detonation. Try running high octane fuel and if it goes away--that was the issue.

Just a thought if you run out of other ideas.
