I need to figure out a larger tire for a 6" mini rim. My daughter keeps getting caught up in ruts with the tires she has now. The stock size is 145/70-6. I really do not want to upgrade the rims as of right now. I want a taller, and a little wider tire if possible. Any help or links to info would be great. I cannot find what would be the next size up. I was even thinking about getting some agressive lawn tractor tires.

I went to my local motorcycle shop. carlistle(not sure of spelling) The tires I bought were 1 inch taller. I paid around 25 for each tire(no rim) They also have a more aggressive tread pattern.

Thanks. I saw a few that looked pretty good. I like the GBC Ground Busters. They look like just like Holeshots.

There is a pic here, it is actually a snow blower tire.

I like those, but it seems the tread is really spaced out. How do they do overall??? We have alot of soft pack dirt and gravel hills. She can make it, but just barely cause she is spinning so badly.

We didn't upgrade to the 15 x 6 snowhogs (I found them when I was looking) we have a 50m with the 145's I'm actually upgrading the hubs to go from direct connect to 4/110 like the 70. Then he's getting the 18 x 6.5 x8 snow hogs for ground clearance, and stability.

I'd also check the true size of the 15 in snow hog as from what I've read tend to run smaller than the stated size.

I think i need to replace the hubs with a 4-bolt. SO many more options, and i can go with a 8" rim instead
