The RS7 but its a little pricey thats why i went with the HRC header and RS7 slip on!!

is there any size diff between the yosh and hrc

Just make sure that you dont get the Titainium pipe. There is only a few ounces difference between it and the stainless steel version. Its not worth $200 for a few ounces.

HRC is the header design by Honda specificaly for the 450R and i loved the power curve of the header and didnt want to risk that so i kept the HRC header!!!RS7 or White Brothers ES2 Race is the way to go!!!Just remember u get what u pay 4!!!!!!

What year is your R? If 04 or 05, h3ll yeah. The stock header OD on the 04-05 is 1.49" The TRC Yoshi is 1.62" at the head.
