tc racing pipe

i need to know if a tc racing pipe off an 05 450 will fit on my 06 450. i know sparks, yosh, and rossier won't but some pipes will fit. i just need to know for sure.

I believe it's the headpipe is the big difference, like you stated, some slip-ons will work when systems are for 04-05 and then 06 has a new part #.

I think it will not fit, i just receive my tc shorty for my 05 450r and let me tell you that the fit is finish of this pipe is crap, it take about an hour to know how to enter it in the frame and install it correctly, but anyway, this is not my question, i just want to know what is the type of heatshield that goes on the tc headpipe. I cheak out with the crf 450 heatshield and the holes are about a inch over. so let me know

any one looking into a tc, WAIT!!! tom is coming out with a totaly new pipe. It will meet sound restrictions too. Im not sure hoe much longer till its relased but it shouldnt be too long, i currently have his pipe and love it. The header he uses on the R's is actually a crf250 header so the heatshild from that will work.
