Well i bought this car for 1100 bucks a week ago and already burnt the clutch out of it. I need to replace it as soon as possible for the cheapest price. Im not looking for performance seeing its a 1.6l but i want it to last seeing im 16 and not the easiest on the clutch. Exactly how am i going to go about changing the clutch? What all needs replaced? Im lost when it comes to cars. here are some pics

if you plan on keeping it stock go with an oem clutch, if you plan on making alot more power i would go with a stage 2. The higher the stage, the softer the clutch is so it will wear out faster but its softer so it can grab the higher horsepower. An oem clutch will last longest but will slip if you going to be ading alot more power.

my friends 85 intergra needed the engine and tranny to be yanked. which meant pulling cv's, spindles, knuckles, all that jazz.

have fun.

yup depending on the parts cost itll be minimum like 700 id have to guess. While your in there you could do the flywheel too if you wanted. My friends built sti cost him 2000 for stg2 clutch flywheel and installation and thats with a good deal on the parts and labor
