why would you want to do that, it would be an almost lateral move. it would make much more sense to put a 250 or 450 motor in their, or at least a motor that is so simular to what you alredy have. imo it just wouldnt be worth it, you need to be a decent fabracator to make motor and radiator mounts, you'll need a special air box/ boot setup, and plenty of other stuff that i cant really think of right now. but what ever floats your boat. :)

It wouldnt be too bad of a job IMO, but i would look for a 450 engine... not worth the work to have no gains but liquid cooling.
