look above the arrow keys on your keyboard, and find the button that says prt.scr. (print screen), push that when you can see your desktop, then goto paint, and push ctrl+V, save it, post it

i used paint, when you do alt+s right below where you name it, it has a file format. change it to jpeg ;)
