Don't even bother. They are pointless. I took mine off adn sold them.

I'd get rid of 'em. The footguards are mainly to keep people who don't know any better from sticking their feet down between the rear fenders and footpegs which results in running over their foot with the rear tire. I don't even run nerfs on my quad for the woods and I don't use the foot guards either. Also, if you ride on the balls of your feet (like I do) instead of the arches, the footguards just get in the way; and besides, the only thing they do is pick up all the mud, sticks, and leaves from the trail and conveniently place them under your feet.

i dont have ACs but ive rode with people that have them and they look like a waist of metal to me. besides what is the fun in riding in the mud or period when your tires cant throw stuff on you?!?!?just my 02

man I'm weird I use mine all the time because on my blaster I wasn't use to having nerfs and when ever I would jump I would bring the back of my legs against the back fenders and my heel would hit every time. Now I just do it out of habit and I never hardly see my self using the nets.

I took mine off when I put on my nerfs. In my humble opinion it looks better and they got in my way when they were on there. Sometimes when Im ridin wheelies ill have my heel against the rear fender and it will catch my shoe sometimes but nothin major. Just leave em off and see how you like it....you can always put em back on if you dont like it without em. :cool:
