I was looking at there web site and came across this:

Effective immediately (03/06/06), Adult Quads (200cc or larger) may not ride at TMX. Youth Quads are allowed. We are working on our new Quad track. When that is completed, the large Quads may return. Breezewood Proving Grounds and Rocket Raceway currently allow Quads.

They let quads run all winter, but now that the bikes are ready to come out and ride...its piss on atv's again

I guess they let the quads get them through the winter, then turn them away when the weather gets better. I say boycott their asses!!!!!
