I bought a 450r with elka elite long travel front and rear shocks, they are valved a little stiff for me , I also have the elka linkage, I'm wondering if you guys could give me any tips on setting it up so it works a little beter for me, I race mx and am about 145 pounds. I have houser +2 lt front arms as well.

Call elka to get springs that are for your weight! and ste the black knob at 8clicks from fully soft and the gold one at 16 from fully soft. Hold the knob you are not turning while turning the other one. Set the rebound at 15 clicks from the slowest position.

If you do that it should be right for you. Plus the springs are cheap to get.
