Hello ,

Riding a 400 EX and wanted to get my frame powdercoated , but before I do that , I want to gusset it ( reinforce it ) . As I live in belgium and I am a welder myself , I just want to ask to post pics of how you guys gusseted your frame and where exactly ..

Could you help me out ? Tnx for your time ..

maybe clean your monitor screen or your glasses,,that might help...:D :D Sorry man but that's the only info with pics that I know of..

Chris Waters should have my frame tomorrow (friday) It was just gusseted by TimmyBoy Designs.......maybe Chris could snap a few pics for you????????????

Timmyboy Designs did not ship it until this past Monday, He (CW) should have it by Friday.........I hope!

Yes chris please do this,,some good close up shots would be fantastic,,,this question has become a common thing and would fit perfect in the FAQ section of the site.. Gabe's article he did was great but i do agree it is kinda hard to see,,I guess with the frame being black it makes it even more difficult..

Everything looked good on gabe's site.
It seemed pretty easy to see to me as long as you know the outline of the frame and what everything is and does.
Im sending my frame off to timmy boy also to reinforce and While he has it, to go ahead and powdercoat it (I would send it to CW, but I'd then have to pay another $50-60 in shipping).
I should be able to post pics of his work, but It will take quite some time!

nothing , I am doing it myself . I live in Europe .Belgium to be specific
