what gearing?

im in need of new sprockets and chains. and im wondering what gearing i should get. im probaly gonna get stock gearing, i like how that feels in the woods and on the track. but i want to buy another set that will gain me a little bit more top speed with out given up too much power. my mods are 440 11:1 compression, hot cam stroker cam, pipe and filter with 18 inch tires. is it possible to gear it to do 75 and and still have good power? sorry for the long post.

yeah with ur mods i would say run 16/38 for top speed and like 14/38 in the trails TORQUE moster!

you could have gotten 20'' tires and uped to a couple sizes bigger with the back sprocket

i went on this sight with gearing calculater just for fun and with a 16 front and a 36 rear and 18 inch tires. does this sound about right? but with 20 inch tires it tops out at 77.

edit i ment with 16 front and 36 rear does around 70
