The beach clean up is actually done twice a year throughout the entire coastline. There are also other times of the year and different locations that have organized clean ups :)

I've done the clean up with SLD in past, i'll be at Florence this year.:macho

Remember, the idea is to clean up the garbage from the flakes, losers and dirt bags then go riding;)

If everyone cleaned up after themselves everyday this wouldn't be needed;)

yup, It's not that hard to tie a black plastic bag to a tree for trash and just throw it in the trailer when you're done! or i'm sure there's a garbage can in the parking lot. People cannot seem to understand that the sand IS NOT a garbage dump. That's PART of the reason that we're having less and less riding area. Am I right?

I don't like it, but let's face it. Our sport isn't really known for being populated with civic-minded, responsible, well-intentioned people.
