440ex carb problems

just istalled a lectron carb in my 440. major clearance issues. not happy with the fit. low on cash, wondering if i could install the stock carb and just jet it.

Yep just throw the stocker back on and then start jetting.

Hey John,

Try turning the carb to 1 o'clock.....if that is not enough clearance, shim up the gas tank a bit....

I have the same problems with my FCR!
