SPUN TWO STUBS ON MY HUB AND WAS WONDERING IF I COULD REPLACE THEM OR IS THE HUB SHOT?

I'm highly doubt you can get new studs on your hub since none of the schematics show them for sale. You can get on ebay and buy a used one for about 25 bucks or so, in fact I just bought one off there. thats probably your best bet

KNock them out and buy 250r studs from servicehonda, I've done it several times...:macho

Yes they can be replaced, you may need a press to get out the old one though.
