Ok so i sold some fenders on ebay and went to UPS today and they wanted 116 dollars:eek2:
So the box they are in is roughly the same size as my frame was, and it only cost like 50 buck. And the fenders only weith 17 lbs!!
Any suggestions??????????????
I think they just wrap them with plastic wrap, slap a label on them and its like $15 bucks

What:confused: That's crazy, where are they going? Try DHL. I shipped out a set of fenders in a box for like 20 bucks or something.

I don't know if it's just me , but did anyone else notice that once the new year rolled around , that the shipping prices with UPS went through the roof ?? Before Christmas I did an online quote to send tires .... after the holidays I quoted it again and it was about 40% more than the original .
Try pricing shipping with FedEx .... they seem to have the cheapest rates out of the two ..... we don't have DHL around here so I can't compare with them .
I sent nerfbars and a few other thingsusing FedEx from Canada to New Jersey and it only cost me $36 CDN ... and the box was fairly big and weighed 20 lbs .
Make sure you clicked on regular ground, and not next-day-air or something like that. It's easy to do on their site.

UPS had a price increase we had to deal with it here at work. Its a fuel surcharge basically. UPS is marking up shipping to cover fuel

I sent my stock ones to PA from IN, though DHL all i did was wrap them in plastic, and it was only like 15-20 bucks.
