if i get a 416 kit from sparks and all the usual stuff carb, cam, etc. with a 14 tooth front sprocket and 36 rear will it go over 70 mph and if not how do i get it ova that i need to go atleast 73-76 mph thanks

it should go that fast if geared right but I don't remember what the stock gearing is?

what u mean stock gearing is that like sprockets if it is stok is 15 and 35 k

it would be close but i think you would get 70 or a little more. if ya really want speed go wit stock back sprocket and 16 tooth front

yah try a 16 tooth front sprocket if is really what you want is top speed. btw why do you want it to top like that? you know your sacrificing torque and acceleration? Top speed really doesn't mean much if you want top speed drive a car.

stock sprockets,15 an 38.have u adjusted ur throttle so it will open all the way.if u have not,try that,it will make it turn up alot faster an turn more rpm's.i think it should run about 70 with the stock motor an the throttle adjusted 2 open all the way.

I tried to adjust it but it was too tight for my fingers and which d i do tighten itor loosen it thanks
