I guessing it would be like a 160-170

I agree that you should start rich and then work your way down, but that sounds a little too rich in my opinion. I would start with a 155 main and a 42 pilot with the needle clip 2nd pos from the top. That should get you pretty close.

Oh yeah, I just seen that you are using dynojets... dynojets are different from the factory keihin jets, i do believe. You might check with your local dealer and ask them what they think.

I'm personally turned my mix screw out til it stopped popping on decel for the nost part. I have a 40 pilot. i moved the needle clip one notch down tward the tip of the needle (I call that the #4 position) and am running a 162 main (not dynojet). I may end up bumping the main jet a bit but I don't think so. I jetted it at about 600 feet and I usualy ride from 1500 to 2500 feet. It's burning super clean maybe a hair lean at lower elevations so it will be just about right at the higher elevations (I think).

Goes like hell.

Should have read more. Why did you mess with the pilot of you are using the dyno jet kit. Don't they have a magic needle so you don't have to? Did you buy this with a DJ kit in it? If so go to thier site and download the instructions. it's pretty simple to follow.
