where is the cheapest place to get a chain? and can i just buy a chain that will fit right on (stock sprockets) or do i have to do other things like take out links and stuff to make it fit
thanks
a 520-102 is the stock size so it should fit perfect and check on ebay for some

the 520 is the size of the chain link it self, the 94 is the number of links.
i just bought a new chain and sprocket set for my 400ex , from rocky mountain atv, cost $60.00

The stock size is 92 links. If are going to be putting on a new chain on old sprokets. The chain will wear out real quick because of the old sprokets. It is best to look around and get a package deal with front, rear, and chain for one price.

O-ring chain or X-ring chain, I heard that buying a X-ring will last forever.
