I was just wondering what else i can do to get more power out of my raptor? I have it bored to a 666 with a high compression piston and a cam. I also have a cdi box, what else can i do to it?

Well that just depends on how much your looking to spend. You could convert it to EFI. That would probably give you a little more lowend power, smoother power delivery and more tuneability. You could do a P&P on it. You could add Nitrous, or Turbo (probably not a great idea with Hi-Comp piston though). You get get a bigger Big bore kit for it. There are a ton of things you could do.

You could also sell the Stage one cam and get a Stage two, and upgrade the valves and such.

get headers ... full pipe that the most hp u can get for least $

Another thing.. Get some suspension! Shocks atleast. You'll be amazed at how much faster you'll be able to ride just from the extra control that you will gain from good suspension.

check out the Elka Rec. Series and the Works triple rate with rezzies! those shocks are affordable and offer great performance!

i dont know if this is a gimmick or what, but have you heard of the ICAT?? its on www.motosport.com it hooks on where the spark plug goes and supposedly burns the impurities in you carb, hence making it seem like your carb is jetted spot on most of the time. it also supposedly improves throttle response. check that out mabey:confused:

what headpipe is good to go with the yosh slip on? and where is the cheapest place to buy it?

For acceleration I would go for the FMF power bomb. I have seen it for low 200's several different places. My friend wolffie had one on his old 350 raptor. It made a great increase on low-end. :eek2:

yes the powerbomb is a nice header! it might give ya a HP or 2, but nothing reallly mind blowing! good hard hitting pipe though:D

Not bad for a header tough! Depends on how much you are willing to spend I guess.:ermm:
