View Full Version : Ideas for track layout

Within the next month or so, I plan on buying 15 acres for a small house and a decent sized track. I got to thinking about how I'm going to lay it out, and I can't really decide on a particular one.

What layout do yall like the most? Anybody got any ideas?

I was thinking maybe have like a tunnel type thing that has a straight-away going through it, with a table top going over it. Something along the lines of what some of the SX races have.

heres my idea. it isnt really to scale but you guys get the idea! One Bad 400, i like your idea, i just wanted to share you mine! the jump heights and lenghts are still undecided. i am also going to throw in a huge Freestyle jump to the side, but heres my idea :key included:D

ill post pics of my track in like 2 weeks. I've been working on it a really lot the last couple of days and everything is going to be different. the step down is gunna be pushed back to 100ft, the 2 huge berms, then a double with rollers after it and maybe tripple into them then im not sure what else im gunna put in yet but im thinking about a section with like 4 step on-step offs in a row then its going to loop around into a trails section that will go around all of my 14 acres. but for now heres a pic of it from like 2 months ago

hey that looks pretty good! is that jump all the way to the left your step down?

you wouldnt by any chance know how much dirt is in a 10wheeler load would you?

Probably about 14-16 yards of dirt

oh yea 100th post haha...no thats just a double double section to the left...heres a pic of me doing the step down...in this pics its 75ft and im moving it back to 100ft
