hey does any one know what kind of carb a stock 250ex has is it a minuki. i think it is but im not sure. i need it to rejett.

also does anyone know what the cheapest and easiest way is to rejett and what do u prefere. like what should i buy?

do you mean by cheapest way to jet by buying a kit or from a dealer? Well I think its better to listen to a few people on the site and see what they have with the same mods and then just use that as your baseline and buy jets as you figure out if its running lean or rich tell you get it perfect.

wait let me say this different. should i buy a set of jetts for like 10$$ or buy like a kn jet kit.

The carb is by Keihin.

If you can EASILY find the size jets you need for $10, buy the jets.

If you can't find them at your corner ATV parts store, then it becomes a "Time vs Money" situation. I don't like to spend time looking for parts or waiting for deliveries. I couldn't find the jets (much easier to find 300 & 400 EX size jets), so I picked up the kit, installed the main jet, installed the new needle jet, and tested drove it in less than an hour.

Sometimes I let them have my money. I like my time.
