my chain is right when there is no pressure on the four wheeler, when i sit on it the chain is loose. I run the lonestar outlaw linkage and swing arm, elka elite rear shock.

You must adjust the chain when your sittting on the Quad.

if youve been riding like this for awhile you prob. ruined your chain...better to just put a new one on if you did because if that baby snaps you'll need a new engine case %50 of the time.....get a new oring or xring chain

that worked, never had to tighten this one. never had a problem with my ex, but that always tightened when you sat on it. thank you

MixMasterMIke this is a brand new chain X ring ek. i don't think i have more than 4 hours on the whole machine. Sad part is that it broke the lower case saver mount :grr:

For some reason Honda uses short bolts for the case saver.Your hole is probably still ok to use just use longer bolts.
