the 06 has a different spindle angle, and the upper arm was lengthend by a small amount. alot of manufactures are counting on the adjustable camber of the upper arm to take care of these changes, and in most cases the arms will work. however.....

you can run into clearence issues on some brands, and noone has yet to tell me where the spindle angle comes into play when using the 04/05 arms on a 06. we installed a set on a 06 and are having no problems and the front ends feels fine, but im still scratching my head on the topic

i wonder if the companies are cutting cost and corners!!!Got me curious!!!But maybe the improvements on the stock 06 are close to what the aftermarket arms offer therefore not a problem but if u put 06 on 04-05 there would be a loss on stock vs. stock!!!Just a though!!I found it funny that every company i searched listed TRX and some even replied to me saying all are the same??????HHHHHMMMMMMMMM!!!!???????

No one is going to make all new Jigs to build 06 A-arms for a few degree's.

If you can adjust the camber any 450R should work.

I do now know that you CAN NOT use the 04-05 spindles on the 06 bike.. They will not work the rotor is to far away for the caliper. I have not checked for sure but I think you would need the 04-05 hubs too.,

How sure are you?

I have Housers on my 06 race bike and they are 04-05's.Unless they just started making them they are not 06 arms>
