i have maxxis razr 2's awesome protection ...... but now i think th itps maybe lighter even tho i have never ran them...... next set i will get tho will be like maxxis razr's instead cuz their lighter and a good all around tire..... plus im guessing the aftermarket company's tires even tho 4 ply like stock have much better punture resistance......... but if u lost wat i was saying in all that........... itp

i figured that the holeshots would be the lightest. how bout the trac stars on their site? There pretty new but they sound like they'd be pretty good also..

I just got the Klaws XCR, and they seem pretty light.

I wish I could tell you, but I haven't gotten them mounted yet... but from the research I did on them, people seem very happy :)

Holeshot XCR and Maxxis RAZR ( the orginals not the razr2 ) are the 2 lightest I have ever seen

I just used Kenda Knarly XC's in this years SCORE San Felipe 250 and I feel they are a great tire. We used a 21-11x9 6 ply. I never really liked 22's because I felt they were to heavy and bulky. The knarly's feel as light as my 20'' holeshot xcr's but almos give you the same ground clearance as 22'' holshot xct's.

I thought the original razr's were 4 ply....

Anyways the ITP mudlites seem to be extremely light for a 6 ply tire.
