The Works dual rate fronts work for my 215 pound butt ok. I noticed a night and day difference riding with the new aftermarket shocks... The jumping was so much improved... And the handling....:) .
Note: My setup on the Works is for XC... Not MX.
BTW, I know the feeling of riding and breaking a stock front shock on a 300.... I wish you luck finding a great replacement of those stockers.:)

Try getting ahold of Jeff from Quadshop, I bet he could hook you up with a pair and you'd have them in no time

go with Elka. they are much more flexible than Works.

Call Full Throttle MX he will get you a deal on the Works or Elka`s.

I say get works triple rates w/ rezzy and make it your last shocks. Elka's are pricier than works but they are well worth it in my mind. I absolutely love mine.

i decided to get works dual rates, im going to order them tonight from Dennis Kirk. When i get them can i put them on right away or do i have to get them valved or whatever it is?? Also is it worth buying shock covers, if so what brand looks good??
Thanks

i dont know wheither to get the rezzys or not, how much of a difference does it make if they have them. the dual rates without rezzys are about $330, and the ones with rezzys are about $460.
What should i do??

Get the Rezzys. When you ride hard or for a long time the shocks won`t fade as much if you didn`t have Rezzys because the Oil is staying cooler. They are well worth it.

You will love the difference over Stock. Shocks by far are the best thing I have ever bought. Make sure to always use those Shock Covers.
