motor for a 300

Any one no anyhting for a 425 kit in a 300 motor..? i heard u have to get a new crank put it every 6 months.. is that true ? and whats the best exhaust but cheapest i have a fmf maxima 3 or w/e .. and what does a oil cooler look liek on a 300 for a 425 motor? i hope its like a raptor one coz its small:cool:

:confused: Sorry, but I have not heard of a "425 kit" for a 300ex. I have heard of a 330... But nothing larger. I would not think the stock 300 chassis, shocks, etc. would be able to handle that kind of mod. I personally would not go with that high of cc's in a 300ex engine... Especially if you would have to do more maintenance to it.... Like add a new crank after every 6 months!:confused: I could be wrong, but I think someone was pulling your leg on this one.

BTW, are you seriously considering doing a mod like this if it was available? I would think it would cost a whole lot of money.... Hopefully it will be worth it for you.

o yes i am getting a 425 kit and i know that four stroke tech makes a 395cc kit for the 300ex.

you shoudlnt have to change your crank every 6 months if you go ahead and spend alittle more on a heavy duty crank i wouldnt recomend using a stocker

um i know someone that has a 413 kit from tc racing its a stroker and it holds uo fine

im racing in nationals(xc) and im building up my 300 then it gonna be parked as a trophy and im in the process of building a crf450 powered walsh race craft quad

try fourstroketech.com and if you have a 400ex I know there are enlarged oil tanks for them also.
