How much HP for a 416

About how much HP do you think i'm getting?

2004 honda 416
10.8 Je piston
Hot cam stage I
FMF powerbomb header
FMF powercore 4 exhaust
Rev Box
K&N filter
K&N powerlid

Probably close to 35HP.

I work for Rage ATV (natalie's engine builder) and we've got a in-shop dyno and w/o porting your looking at 30hp and with porting 33hp, no more. BUT thats with perfect jetting

I had almost the same setup but with a stage 2 cam, e-series, and porting and made 36

once we had a 416 on the dyno with the NOS. the 416 ran up to 42hp recorded before the stock 400ex rod failed.

Sorry But I Need To Correct This One.

I know its Been Awhile.

It was 43 rwhp and 55 hp when the rod broke :D :D :D
This was one of my favorite motors in the bike.
If I remember it was .080 over bore 11:1 comp TC woods cam
Pro Drag Head from Fast By Gast 40 mm lectron carb Sparks X-6
reverse mega pipe.
