15 Amp fuse under seat?

My 400EX keeps blowing the 15 amp fuse when the head lights are on. Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?

I donno, but that might be why my 400ex lights dont work.

there is a loose wire somewhere or a bad connection that is shorting out the circuit. Check all grounds too.
