i was just woundering if stock 450 shocks will fit on a banshee and if it would even be worth to buy some?

Yes, they will fit. Need to do a little grinding on the top mount to clear the rezzy. And, YES, its worth every penny.

and what about a arms rear shock? will they fit too?

A arms wont fit. Rear shock? dont know. Sorry. Best bet for the rear of the Banshee is have it revalved/rebuilt for your application. The Banshee rear shock has ALOT of potential.
