300ex oil filter

i forgot to cheak which way the oil filter is to be inserted. should the rubber on the oil filter be pointing out or in ???

the rubber oring should be pointing out. lol. i just changed my oil and filter today

It it's the honda brand.. you put the side that says "this side out" on the outside.. hehe. ;)

Sorry had to. :D I'm just playing. When in doubt ask... that's definatly a costly mistake to make if you're not sure.

Especially if you have a goofy oil cooler like I do that uses the oil filter cover for inlet and outlet!!!
