go to auto zone and get 79 Ford Courier Tie rod ends. They fit the same and cost $12 a piece can't beat that price anywhere.

Is it the inner or outer tie rod end that works for the LSR a-arms??

Dude are you sure about that?
I only ask becuase LSR and Houser are supposed to be the same ball joint, and they are not. I tried this and it does not work. The thread pattern is different. Not by much but it is different.
