It's too bad $100,000+ cars don't have class A+ audio systems. The best audio system on a pricey car comes from Austin Martin I believe, with a 1200W system. That's meager.

03-12-2006, 03:13 PM
why cant other companies make cars look like that but put their normal engine in it and sell it for the same price as a normal car

like take any car (a camry for example), and restyle it to make it looks great but keep the same engine?

LMAO... the last thing on your mind when driving those types of cars is the audio system. Hearing the motor's purr is the only sound you need to hear!

Also 1200W is MORE than enough to make a good sounding system. Not everyone cares about having high db's - quality is more important.

Ain't that the truth..I was leaving Autozone the other day when I heard this ridiculous amount of bass coming from a beat up Ford Explorer. He pulled up next to me and sit there for a minute with his stereo blairing. As soon as he turned it off I gave him a earfull of about 315 horses via 3in. flowmasters:devil:

If I was going to buy an exotic I'd have to buy the Ferrari F430 first but I've always thought that Lambo had the most wicked looking cars.

In dallas the other night there was a modena with some sort of exhaust on it... Know idea what kind but we were in a parking garage and he revved it..... You CAN NOT beat the sound of an v12 bouncing off the limiter...

No matter how rich I was, I dont think Id ever pay that much $$ for a standard shifter spot. I definitely prefer Ferraris steering wheel paddle shifter.

if money wasn't an option i would get the enzo, nothing like that look of a formula one car cruising around town, and the paddle shifter:devil: http://www.dangeruss.net/Gal1/images/Enzo.jpg

Yeah I saw that one, but it was only a burnt up clutch, not the whole tranny, even still I wouldn't want to pay $200,000+ for a car and have the clutch go out on it the first day.:eek2:

That is a sweet car, but I don't think that would get through the mud that well...

For the price of that thing think how nice of truck you could get, ALONG with the quads and toy hauler behind it!

But it still would be nice to have a few of those in the driveway...

Dangle, the V8 in the Modena sounds nothing like your standard American V8...it's a high-revving 3.5-Liter V8, it'll scream instead of rumble like a normal big displacement pushrod V8.
