my spark plug i just took it out to see how it looks and the tip of it and inside looks greyish white and the outside surroundings is black...

here is a picture

this is a new sparkplug i put in like yesterday

Way too lean.

Disregard the thread portion of the plug. The part you want to look at is the ceramic insulator surrounding the center electrode.

yea its too lean. when you have it jetted correctly it should be a cardboard like brownish color. do you have a aftermarket pipe or filter? if so did you rejet after you installed those parts? i would play around with the jets until you get it right it took me about a week to finally get mine tuned in right;)

if the tip is white do i put in a bigger or smaller jet?

if its lean you install a bigger main jet
if is rich you install a smaller main jet
i think i run a 180 main in mine...its got a k&n filter and a full fmf pipe
