i wanna make a street legal quad

jw if anyone knew or if it is possible to make a street legal quad in MASS. if so what links or what do i have to do and if anyone ever tried to do it.

i have done it illegaly but no one has cought on. plus there will be alot more conflicts once people start buying bombs. outlander 800 on/off road 4X4 atv. it comes with dot. tires. blinkers the works.
