When I push my quad I can hear a little grinding sound coming from the back. Could it be a problem with the bearings or is it just sand between the brake pads and the disk.

its not a problem. dont worry about it my quad and everybody else's quad does it too.;)

mine does it too and it sounds horrible. i was thinkning it might be the carrier bearings or somthing. my dads doesnt do it thogh.

mine dont make a grinding noise, but my front brakes do drag does anyone elses?

not my fronts, but the other weekend my rear brake was dragging a little. i rode it around for 15 mins or so and it quit..

what part of STL are you in, im in the mehlville/oakville area.

lol any grinding noise cant be good.

put that thing up on a stand and spin the tires and check the rotor to see if its bent, also the skidplate could be rubbing on something too.

It gets a little rocky in the places I ride and i once bent the hell out of mine cuz i just run a stock skidplate.

You may be hearing the brake pads dragging on the rotor, but if it is a true grinding noise it is probably your rear axle bearings about to go.
