1978 or '79 atc 90...yes a 3 wheeler...it lasted me 2 years, then i got a brand new 1985 atc 125m...the first electric start honda...when i was 12...that lasted until i was 15 19 because everybody i knew had quit riding...i just used ot to pull my deer to the house from the woods. then people started riding again and my girlfriend/now wife surprised me witha brand new 1997 300ex in november of 1996...we just sold that one in december...i bought a slightly used 2000 400ex, which is now the wifes and i have a 2006 450r.

First quad I "owned", was my 1998 trx300ex off the showroom floor, that I still have in my signature below.

The first "atv" that I started riding on at about 7yrs old was a 1979 Honda ATC70. ;) If I remember right.. you pushed the shifter down to shift up, and pulled up to downshift. 4 3 2 1 N (as opposed to the normal 1 N 2 3 4 5)

my parents never gave me a peeny for a quad so wen i was 10 i worked for 3.oo an hour and worked crazy hours all summer and bought a 8h go kart frommy uncle for 500 then sold it fot 500 then bought a 1984 trx 90 i think it was for like 600 then i worked real nhard the next summer and year and savds 700 and sold my 90 for 700 and a goped and bought a 2000 lakota pos beater fixed up nice sold it for 1800 bought a trick lakota with everything u could do to a lakot for 1600 then sold that and bout my 400ex for 2200 beat and fixed her up real nice and nows she a beast.....but i lerned a serious lesson wne i have kids im buyinthose *******s quads becausei learned the lesson after the first one and now there makin me buy a truck..lol

First bike was a 1989 Kawasaki Mojave 110cc. The thing was bullet proof. No rear suspension, I was bending tie rods left and right from jumping it so high, and it still held together. It was an awsomely safe machine and I recommend one to any parent that wants something for there kid. It was twice as fast as the kid quads there coming out with now and built twice as good.

I started riding on an 86 Honda 350 4x4, yes thats right the first 4x4 quad ever made...

The first one I purchased myself was a 2000 yamaha banshee with lots o goodies. Got a smokin deal on it... rode it for almost a full year, then sold it and made $700 on it.:p

You're correct, I had a 1976 ATC 70 when I was 5.

First quad was a 2005 Foreman 500, sold it to the in-laws to get my 2006 400EX.
