hi guys im new here and im having a real problem with my ex. the clutch is real hard to pull in so i put a new clutch in and in the process i noticed that the lifter arm inside of the clucthc case had some scoring on it and it looked like the clutch case was damaged interally. so i replaced it put it all back togeter and changed out the clutch cable. BUT ITS STILL HARD TO PULL IN! i dont know what to look for now. the only thing that i can think of is that the clutch cable is routed wrong. my buddys 400ex's cable is routed differetnly and his is very easy to pull in. does anyone have any suggestions? thanks

its definetly the way you routed it if yours is different. try putting back the way your buddy has it then post back if you still have problems

if your cable is mounted about in the stock location it might start to melt.:eek2:
